11. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags still attached within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Sale items can only be refunded as store credit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed once received. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of face masks, unless faulty.
12. Order Acceptance and Pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered and we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. wanderwearuk.com is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to customs processing or carrier delays. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to their order.
14. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotional discount codes. These codes are valid for a limited time only and may have specific terms and conditions attached to them (e.g., valid on full-price items only, one use per customer). We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions and discount codes at any time without prior notice.
15. Product Information
We strive to display the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that an item will be in stock.

If we fail, at any time during the term of this User Agreement, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under this User Agreement, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under this User Agreement, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
19. Severability
If any provision of this User Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of this User Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
